The “You Make Me Smile” balloon campaign event was recently co-hosted by Junior Girl Scout Troop 14294 and the Houston Chapter of the Kappa Delta Alumnae at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall. 

These amazing young ladies passed out one hundred blue balloons with uplifting, confidence inspiring messages to female shoppers. Phrases such as “You make the world a beautiful place” was designed and produced by The Confidence Coalition to brighten the day of girls, teens, and women.
