On Saturday, December 3rd, Fairfield hosted a Breakfast with Santa event for new home shoppers. Visitors who tour at least three models received a free gingerbread house. 

Gloria Taylor with ReMax Vintage (pictured with daughter Hannah and Fairfield Marketing Director Christine Draughn) won the event grand prize drawing of an Apple iPad2.
